Role of the Deputy Party Leader

The Deputy Party Leader, elected by the entire membership of the Generalist Party, has the role of aiding the Party Leader in ensuring that the Party succeeds in reaching its objectives. The Deputy Party Leader takes control of the Party, in the event the Party Leader is unavailable. The Deputy Party Leader assumes control of the Executive Committee in the absence of the Party Leader, though a vote of no confidence may be called against him by the other positions of the Committee. This elected member is the Deputy Leader of all General Elections for the Generalist Party and would assume the position of Deputy Prime Minister if the Party was voted into government.
