Role of the Party Leader

The Party Leader, elected by the entire membership of the Generalist Party, has the overall role of ensuring that the Party succeeds in reaching its objectives. The Party Leader takes full control of the Party and all policy changes/decisions must be discussed with them as they have final word on their implementation. This elected member also appoints all positions on the Executive Committee. Party Leader assumes control of the Executive Committee and has final say on important matters, though a vote of no confidence may be called against him by the other three positions of the Committee. This elected member is the Leader of all General Elections for the Generalist Party and would assume the position of Prime Minister if the Party was voted into government.
